So I got back at it today and ran my third straight week 5 miles. I ran a personal best in a while and knocked 3 minutes off my last time! I had some new headphones that would not pair once I got to the park so I have at least hope of I have music I can go faster or not think as much. Next time going for 7!

Congratulations..this is very motivating. Stopped exercising 3 weeks now and will get back on my bike in a couple hours..keep posting.
