So I made my return to running after two weeks and did 5 miles today. I felt good by the end of it. For those who have been keeping up I am training to run a marathon in November so I have a loonnnggg way to go. The reason why I took some time off was because we have been experiencing some unusual rain here in the valley of California. I was wondering if anyone has any good home exercises to stay in shape when one can’t go outside or to a gym treadmill etc. Please let me know!
I think you’re fine running in rain as long as it’s not freezing cold.
Do you have a jacket and a cap? The right running gear can make all the difference.

It is cold where I am I just never tried it because I did not want to risk getting sick. The next time there is some rain I will try to see how it goes.
